By accessing and using JustSoldListings.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Service Description

JustSoldListings.com provides daily Just Sold home listings data to local businesses on a pay-per-address basis. We aggregate publicly available real estate transaction data and make it accessible to our users.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per business entity is permitted

4. Payment Terms

Pay-Per-Address Model: You only pay for the specific addresses you select. Pricing is based on volume tiers:

  • 1-100 addresses per day: $0.50 per address
  • 101-500 addresses per day: $0.40 per address
  • 500+ addresses per day: $0.30 per address

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. No refunds are provided for purchased addresses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

  • Reselling or redistributing our data without permission
  • Using the data for unlawful solicitation or harassment
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape our systems
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data. Just Sold data is sourced from public records and may have delays or inaccuracies. Users should verify critical information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on JustSoldListings.com are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited license to use purchased data for their business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

JustSoldListings.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
